Shadow Yoga I
Shadow Yoga I is the best place to learn about Shadow Yoga and begin to build your foundation. The curriculum of Shadow Yoga rests upon a progressive system of learning (vinyasa krama), which presents techniques in a cohesive, layered way. In Shadow Yoga I we teach large, vigorous movements that help reduce physical blockages, introduce internal techniques to stabilize the mind, and begin bandha practices (tie or seal) to fortify the central power structure. All activities are demonstrated, explained and thoroughly instructed, and there is no expectation that you have any knowledge or experience with the material.
