Public classes are a great place to start your journey in Shadow Yoga, and to reinforce what you've already learned. This option gives you the opportunity to meet the teacher, sample the practice and see if it speaks to you.

We're adding drop-in classes, starting January 2023, to include the following:

Mondays at 6:00 pm

Wednesdays at 11:30 am

Saturdays at 9:15 am

These are vigorous, 60-75 minute classes that cover important principles of Shadow Yoga and are open to all. You will leave feeling energized, grounded and more connected to your body. Come as often as you like, and take advantage of discounts for multiple class packages.
